Pyramid Maximum Performance pure nickel hand wound strings are round wound strings that sing!  Superlative electric guitar strings made with only the finest materials.  They are super musical strings with an extra long playing life.  We make these premium strings the old way with a smaller diameter core wire and larger diameter of expensive pure nickel wrap wire.  The result is a lower tension wound string with great “feel” which have brilliance and the warmth of pure nickel.  Our pure nickel hand wounds produce an excellent tone and timbre, great for all types of music.  A warm reed like tonal quality that is essential for blues is easily achievable with our strings.
